Getting Started

Welcome to Hollywood Mega Store! Our goal is to provide you with the best selection, prices and service when purchasing with us. Our store carries all types of Hollywood items  and we work hard to keep all merchandise in stock, available to ship to our customers immediately (Monday through Friday). Spend a few minutes reading this page and you'll be ready to place an online order at our Hollywood Mega Store. It's simple, quick and fun - - no waiting in line or looking for a place to park. We try to offer more value than conventional retailers, useful merchandise information, and an extensive selection of unique products; So let's get started!

How to Shop

To shop for items in our store, you may browse or go directly to items or categories of your interest. Here's how:

1) Browse by category. Let's say you are looking for a mug. Simply click on the "MUGS" category link on the left. By clicking on any of the titles on the next page, you will be linked to the product pages of images and details.

2) Search by keywords. We have developed an extensive search feature that allows you to enter a keyword of the item you wish to buy. Just type a keyword in the 'Search Box' and click on 'Search' (for instance, to search for a 'Elvis Collectibles,' just type in the box: 'Elvis', and click on: 'Search')

Using the Shopping Cart

Once you've found an item that you may want to purchase, you must place it in your shopping cart. By doing so, you are not obligated to purchase it; Just like at a conventional retailer, you may remove it from your shopping cart at any time (more on that later).

To place an item in your shopping cart, simply type the quantity you wish to purchase in box (left to image) just click on "Click to Buy", then select the correct shipping method & press 'Submit'. At this point, you'll simply be adding the item to a list that may be changed at any time, or cancelled if you decide not to purchase anything.

Now you can 'continue shopping' or browsing around the store to find other items you might be interested in, or click on "CheckOut Now" to place your order. Remember you can modify your shopping cart at any time.

Completing Your Order

When you are finished shopping, check the items in your shopping cart and then proceed to our Billing and Shipping Information page by clicking on the "CheckOut Now" button. Unlike other online stores, you are not required to log-in. You will be asked to enter some personal information such as billing and shipping address, telephone number, Email address, and credit card information.

Security

We offer a secure transaction processing for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover orders using the standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. If your browser does not support SSL, we recommend that you update your browser to the latest version of Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer. We use the Stronghold web server which features RSA public key technology and uncompromised, full 168-bit symmetric encryption.

Although there can not be a guarantee of absolute security for credit card transactions, we believe this method to be more secure than many common credit card uses--giving your credit card to a waiter in a restaurant, for example. However, if you do not wish to send your credit card number over the internet under any circumstances, we can understand. In that case, you can select the 'Fax' method of ordering & simply print the order form, sign it, and FAX it to us, along with your credit card and shipping information to: (213) 747-9245.


Sending Your Order

After you've fully completed the required information and reviewed the information for accuracy, click on the 'Submit Secure Order' button to complete the ordering process.

Orders are being reviewed by a customer service representatives and a confirmation is sent via an Email message. If you do not receive a confirmation within 12 hours, it is possible that your order was not properly transmitted. If you are unsure of whether we received your order or not, you can us an Email to webmaster@hollywoodmegastore.com. In the subject line, please type 'Check Order Status.' In the body of your letter please type your name, email address and phone number.
