Q: Do you have a printed catalogue?

A: No we do not offer a printed catalogue at this time.


Q: Can I get my order shipped faster than ground?

A: Yes you can, as you go through the steps for ordering, in the last step you will find a box that is titled “Special Instructions”. In this box type “I authorize expedited shipping”.  Next day/2nd day/3 day. Leave a phone number so that we may contact you with the shipping charges.

   ***Stand ups are excluded from any type of expedited shipping!***

Q: How long does it take for stand ups to ship?

A: It can take up to 12 business days.


Q: Can I order by phone?

A: No. For security reasons this is not an option.


Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Ups ground services vary from state to state. Usually it will take five business days from the time it is processed. Here is a picture of the Ups map for shipping schedules.

 


Q: How long does it take to process an order?

A: We process orders as they are received. The cut off time for processing orders is 4 pm. Pacific time. The cut off time for expedited shipping is 3 pm. Pacific time.


Q: Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

A: Yes. After clicking checkout now there are four tabs. The second one is for separate billing and shipping addresses.


Q: Can I order by check or money order?

A: Yes. After clicking checkout now there are four tabs. The third one is for ordering by check or money order. Check orders are subject to 8 business days prior to shipping. Money orders will be processed upon receipt of money order.


Q: Can I order with a credit card via fax?

A: Yes you can. After clicking checkout now there are four tabs. The fourth one will take you to a page to print and fill out, then fax to us.


Q: Can I have something shipped to Hawaii or Alaska?

A: Yes you can. Shipping to both of these places is however more costly. We will need to contact you to authorize the shipping costs.


Q: Do you ship International?

A: We generally do not ship International. However we can ship if a wire transfer is authorized by you. We will not accept any international credit cards. Due to licensing issues. Stand ups are excluded from any type of International shipping.


Q: How do I know what the shipping cost will be for an international order?

A: Shipping is done with UPS only. Rates are NOT available through our website. You may get a very rough estimate of shipping costs by using the UPS' estimation tool here and by using our ZIP code 90015 as your origin ZIP code:

This tool will NOT reflect the final shipping rate for your order. UPS charges for packages, by weight, by volume, and by the number of boxes required to fulfill the order. Several items in our inventory may weigh 1lb, but will be billed for 12lbs because the large volume of the box required for shipping. An accurate shipping quote can be given after you consent to order with a wire transfer.

All custom and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Although there can not be a guarantee of absolute security for credit card transactions, we believe this method to be more secure than many common credit card uses--giving your credit card to a waiter in a restaurant, for example.


Q: Can I have my order shipped to a p.o. box?

A: No. Our shipping company does not deliver to p.o. boxes.


Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: Yes. For retailers and distributors only. We do offer some items in bulk to the public at wholesale cost.
